02What data we collect
Information you give us through the contact form
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

- Company or organisation
- Job title
- E-mail address
- Phone number
- Reason for contact and the content of your message
- Your consent confirmation
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, certain data is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and how you interact with the site. See section 06 on cookies and analytics.
03How we use your data and our legal basis
Under the GDPR we must have a lawful basis for processing your data. We use your data as follows:
- To respond to your enquiry submitted via the contact form: your consent, and our legitimate interest in replying to messages sent to us.
- To manage sponsorship, partnership and supplier relationships you initiate: legitimate interest and/or steps taken at your request prior to entering an agreement.
- To understand and improve site performance through analytics. We use Google Analytics to collect aggregated, statistical information about how the site is used.
04How long we keep your data
We keep contact-form submissions only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry: until the enquiry is resolved, plus a buffer of approximately six months to cover any follow-up, after which they are deleted — unless a longer period is required for an ongoing partnership or by law. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of our analytics provider. After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.
05Who we share your data with

- Our website hosting provider, which stores the site and its data on servers located within the European Union.
- Google, for website analytics (Google Analytics). This may involve transferring data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards.
06Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to make the site work and to measure how it is used. We use Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregated statistics about visits, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors navigate the site. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings at any time; blocking some cookies may affect how the site works. If you would prefer that we do not process your analytics data, contact us at the address below.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
